Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery Format & Timing

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, or as part of a Service Agreement for custom research or advisory services, all Digital Products will be delivered in a PDF format.  Delivery of Digital Products in other non-editable formats may be requested, but may entail a special service charge.  Digital Downloads, should be available immediately upon purchase.  Custom research and advisory services deliverables will as defined in the applicable Services Agreement.  

Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of the Services, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for Digital Products once they have been downloaded.  Purchases may be cancelled prior to download.  If you accidentally order multiple copies of a paid download, we will consider a refund for downloads in excess of one (1) copy per Digital Product.  We do not guarantee a refund will be granted.  Refunds for other Services are as specified in the applicable Service Agreement.  See the Terms of Use for more information.
